I recently was preparing to be OOO (out of office!) for a week. I got to thinking about my prep this time v. my previous prep - and what I see many business owners do when trying to take time off. So I thought it'd be interesting to look at this together as taking time off is mission-critical for every business owner so they don't burn out.
So I started thinking about past experiences I’ve had with various challenges—whether they be mindset, fitness, or food related—and decided to see what would happen if I tried creating my own.
I wondered, what if I just took the best parts of the various programs I’ve tried in the past and combined them into something that provides guidance and mindfulness, but without the stress?
I'm so glad that self care is part of the conversation these days...But sometimes it can just feel like one more thing to add to the to-do list.
