If you put together a big Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and heard crickets, you're not alone. So many business owners in the early stages of the game are convinced that Black Friday is simply about putting out some great discounts and watching the sales roll in...but that really only happens if you've put the work in ahead of time.
The reason established brands can capitalize on these sales days is because they've ALREADY done the work of establishing their presence, value, and brand to their customers...this is really just an incentive for customers to get the things that they already wanted. It's an easy yes! Customers aren't not hemming and hawing about the quality, the guarantee, the results, the trustworthiness of the company...the company has been establishing those things for months, years, and decades!
