I often notice that when business owners are really stuck on making a decision or they're really wrestling with something in their business, they are going based on assumptions…though haven’t actually stopped to do the math.
They haven’t taken the time to pencil out and consider the different possible ways things could work out (and there are always more than one!) - and then end up staying stuck, which isn’t a fun place to be.
So what to do instead? Listen in on considering your options and doing the math (which can help bring to light different options and add more fun and play as we move forward with our next step).
