When we create those special images, your participants want to share it with others, and you get gorgeous marketing materials so you can fill your retreats again and again!

Candid Captures

From the yoga session, to the presentation, to the group dinner, I’ll be there capturing everything from the little details to the sweet moments between participants. Nothing is staged or disruptive but simply captures the beauty of the experience you’ve created.

This includes:

• Full Day of shooting, or 2 half days (up to 8 hours)

• Library of gorgeous images to use to market and promote future events

$1600 + travel

Candid Captures + Mini Shoots

We’ll spend an entire day capturing the details of the retreat, and then we’ll weave individual portrait sessions into the following day. The format of the shoots can be done in small groups or individually to compliment the rest of your retreat experience.

This includes:

• Full Day of shooting, or 2 half days (up to 8 hours)

• 10 Individual Spotlight Shoots (30 minutes, library of edited images, $250 value each)

• Library of gorgeous images to use to market and promote future events

$2800 + travel

Participant Photographer

You’re clearly hosting an amazing retreat, and I’d love to come*! Here’s how we can work together to co-create a fabulous experience and an exchange of value for both of us!

I’ll take candid photos throughout the course of the retreat as I also participate. That way when I see the great moments and can step back to snap as they’re happening.

This includes:

• Organic coverage throughout the entire retreat

• Includes Glow Portrait Sessions for your participants (10 minute portrait sessions; 3 edited images, up to 6 participants)

• Optional upgrade for participants to purchase a Spotlight Shoot (30 minutes, library of edited images, $250 each)

• Library of gorgeous images to use to market and promote future events

$1700 in trade minimum
